The challenge.

Following on from the successful completion of Box City 1, we were called upon again to let our clients next development. A much larger scheme, with some 65 available units. Located in an industrial area with historically poor traffic management.

Our solution.

Utilising our social media experience from the previous project and with the hosting of three events, we generated a pre-let of 30% with all remaining units let within 8 months.

The result.

100% occupation within 10 months and a happy client with whom we are consulting with on their next two locations.
