The challenge.

Dudley House is a 197-unit, new-build development. Set in the heart of Paddington Basin and offering both intermediate and affordable homes for the community with discounted market rents. The development was commissioned by Westminster City Council with a desire to help Westminster families, residents and workers. The challenge here was

discounts, it was processing the deluge of applicants!

Our solution.

✔ To be eligible, any applicant would need to meet these requirements:

✔ They must have either lived and/or worked in the Westminster borough for the last 12 months.

✔ The household income could be no more than £90k per annum per household.

They must not own any property.

Our targeted social media campaign yielded excellent results and our team focused on ensuring the above parameters were satisfied, with proof, prior to offers being submitted.

The result.

Unsurprisingly, our allocated units were let within the week and a healthy waiting list meant that occupation rates were always maximised.
