The challenge.

Thomas Cribb Mews is a residential development located in East London, comprising a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom, terraced houses. Delivered by a well-known Irish developer but with little London presence. Situated next to a funeral home and with an electricity pylon on-site.

Our solution.

The sales team were trained to understand Electric and Magnetic Fields so they could properly answer any concerns from potential buyers. This was important as one block of flats is very close to the pylon. We also learnt about the funeral home business so we could explain to buyers what they actually did. A comprehensive marketing programme was undertaken to attract buy-to-let investors and first time buyers.

The result.

Dockside outsold the joint agent 2 units to 1 and the development was fully reserved in 3 months. We currently let and manage multiple units here.
